- At least two years of experience in Web design and development
- Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Ability to design Web pages in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Keen eye for graphic design best practices and design elegance
- Usability testing and cross-browser compatibility
